This Memorandum was signed by the team members present on 2002.12.16. Some errors and omissions were repaired on 2002.12.18, a couple of others have turned up since. 1. SALARY ADJUSTMENTS
1.1 Introduction

The parties hereby agree that salaries of members of the bargaining unit will be adjusted as set out below and Schedule A – Salary Scales will be revised accordingly.

APPENDIX A THE CLASSIFICATION, PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND SALARY SCALES OF LIBRARIANS

The rank classification for librarians has four (4) levels:

Librarian I, II, III and IV.

APPENDIX B SCHOLARSHIP PLAN FOR DEPENDENTS OF MEMBERS

Spouses and eligible dependents of members may apply for a limited number of Faculty Dependents' Scholarships tenable at Trent University. A maximum sum based on the equivalent of fifteen (15) full-time students shall be allocated by the University for each academic year (i.e., 15 x current basic undergraduate tuition fees for a full-time student). Both full-time and part-time students/dependents will be eligible to apply to the Finance Office for a Scholarship in accordance with the criteria set out below.
