The ratification vote for the tentative settlement will be be held at a General Meeting of the TUFA bargaining unit on Thursday, 23 January, at 2 p.m. in the Science Complex Lecture Hall (SC 137).

Members who cannot come to the meeting may send written and signed authorization for a proxy vote with a colleague. The following wording may be used:

I ________________________________ hereby authorize ________________________________ to vote on my behalf during the ratification vote on the renewal collective agreement, at the meeting of the TUFA bargaining unit on Thursday, 23 January 2003 at the Science Complex Lecture Hall, starting at 2:00 p.m.
