In recognition of the potential difficulties in finding qualified staff for the period of the "double cohort", the years, including fractions, served by a limited term appointee during the period July 1, 2002, to
June 30, 2005, inclusive, shall not be counted towards the maximum sum as specified in III.4.2.3.3.
